Who we are
This site is run by Luis Ángel as an official Wiio ambassador for Latin America. Here we explain what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
What we collect
- What you give us in the form: name, WhatsApp, email and country.
- Where your visit came from (for example, the campaign or ad that brought you), your language, device type and a shortened version of your IP.
- Your country, worked out on our own server with the DB-IP Lite database (db-ip.com, CC BY 4.0 license) to show the site in your language. Your IP is not shared with anyone for this.
- What you do on the site (pages viewed, video, form), linked to an anonymous identifier stored in our own cookie.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, your number and what you share in the conversation.
How we use it
To send you the course, answer your questions, guide you in using Wiio, measure which campaigns work and improve our communication. We do not sell your data.
Measurement cookies
They are only turned on if you accept them. With your permission we share events from your visit with Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest or Snap to measure our ads; contact details are sent irreversibly encrypted (hashed). You can change your choice from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page.
How long we keep it
While you stay in touch with us or until you ask us to delete it. Anonymous browsing events are kept for at most 13 months.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data under the data protection laws of your country. Message us on WhatsApp using the number on this site.
